Where Do I Get Vaccine Records?

Your veterinarian will be able to send you vaccination records. Simply give them a call and ask for a copy to be sent to you via email (or by mail). These records are always good to have on-hand in case of emergency, too.

How Do I Get the Vaccine Records to You?

Your can bring a copy with you on the date of your appointment or you can email me a copy of your records at handsomehounds@shots.pet. If you are an established client log in to your account and follow the upload files instructions (Preferred method).

What Vaccinations Do You Require?

All dogs must be vaccinated and kept current with Distemper, Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella.

What is an Acceptable Proof of Vaccination?

All proof that your pet has been vaccinated must come in the form of a copy of a medical record, invoice, veterinarian statement, rabies certificate, or receipt provided by the owner or sent to our facility from the dog’s veterinarians.

What are your hours?

Grooming is by appointment only Monday through Friday.

Boarding hours for drop off and pick up :
Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sundays 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM only

*Please note that open/close times denote lobby hours only. We still have staff caring for the dogs during all holidays, even when the lobby is closed.

Do you require deposits for boarding reservations?

Yes! To reserve your pet’s stay during peak periods (Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Thanksgiving, and Christmas–New Year’s), we require a 50% deposit of each dog’s stay at the time of booking. This applies per reservation, whether you’re boarding 1 dog or multiple dogs.

Cancellations:

10 days or less before the scheduled drop-off will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
10 or more days in advance will receive a full refund.

We also ask that clients keep a credit card on file to make deposit collection easier. If you’ve already booked for a peak period, we’ll send a separate email requesting the deposit and may reach out by phone to confirm.

This helps us guarantee your pet’s spot and ensures we can provide the best care for every furry guest!
